The Mark II Blit is kind of ugly from every angle.
Also, auto only :(

The sedans did get a manual, so a swap is possible. Also, the Verossa is arguably even uglier, yet the prices on them are still very high while a good Blit can be bought for practically nothing. Not that we can import them to the US yet...

The Verossa is hideous! Should be interesting to see these arrive in the US eventually

I’ve seen a Verossa for sale in Florida already. Obviously didn’t get here legally, which makes it even more baffling. I’m actually thinking about bringing a Blit over when it’s time and somehow manual swapping it.

interesting - is that on a GS chassis (or rather the the basis for the GS?)

It’s a continuation of what we knew as the Cressida, but I think it’s closer in size to the IS than the GS. The successor to these, known as the Mark X, is on the same chassis as the IS.

Crazy how the japs seem to be the only ones left (or close to it) making big ol rwd wagons

Yeah, shame most of them were/are auto-only. The Stagea is the only one I can remember off the top of my head having a manual available in the past 20 years.

That’s very sad :(
